SSTA see all of our members and clients as athletes. So, whether you are a novice, amateur, Olympic or professional athlete we will help you be stronger, faster and healthier. Through our research and development approach to training we will get to know you and design a program for you.

At SSTA you are one of four Athletes:

A student in elementary, middle school, high school or college who is actively engaged in training with a motivation or goal to improve specific skills, overall performance or for specific sports results (technical or tactical) for games/competitions:
  • Elementary – Students in Grades K-5
  • Middle School – Students in Grades 6-8
  • High School – Students in Grades 9-12
  • College – Students Post High School and playing College Sports
