SSTA is a world-class private training academy that works with a range of clients from athletes and sports hobbyists to the elderly to improve performance and lifestyle. We were developed and created with your needs in mind.  We are here to help you understand and enhance your physical performance.  We utilize evidence-based, quality-assured practices to evaluate and develop effective strategies for your training and competition needs. 

At SSTA youth (8-17) are offered a wide range of classes which focus on  skills and developmental needs.  Adults (18+) can sign up for classes or apply for an exclusive membership.

Fitness and Wellness

SSTA Fitness and Wellness services are gear towards adults looking to improve their physical health and the ability to complete physical tasks while balancing a spectrum of health-related elements in one’s life. We focus on seven dimensions of wellness, including intellectual, emotional, physical, occupational, environmental, spiritual, social and financial. By focusing on these areas, we help our members are balanced and prioritizing their daily lifestyle habits.+

SSTA has specialists who are master’s at developing programs focused on Athletic Development.  Our system focuses on developing the whole athlete so they excel athletically as well as achieve success outside of the sports arena.  Through a balanced and integrated approach, we enhance athletic performance not by isolating individual physical qualities and muscles.  We focus on a function-based approach which includes: 

  • Training movements, not muscles,
  • Training fundamental movement skills before sport-specific skills,
  • Training postural (core) strength before extremity strength
  • Training bodyweight before external resistance
  • Training joint integrity before joint mobility
  • Training strength before strength endurance
  • Training speed before speed endurance.

SSTA knows the importance of foundational development.  Our Private Physical Education classes focuses on developing physical fitness and developing skills necessary to participate in a wide range of activities.  We prepare our students to be physically and mentally active, fit, and healthy lifestyle.  By focusing on the fun of being physically activity students develop social skills, learn to respect others, contribute to a team goal, and socialize as a productive member of a team.

Combat Sports
Small Group Classes

SSTA’s Combat Sports focus on major aspects of improving combat sports athletes and/or hobbyists through improving the individuals’ strength, recovery, mental awareness, hand-eye coordination, sports specific movements, overall conditioning and coordination. Our specialists have trained and been mentored by some of the top names/champions in World of Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and CrossFit. They’ve completed several top ranked fighters and champions training camps for fight prep.
